Building site hoarding
We print stylish, high impact hoarding panels for property and construction companies throughout the UK at our in-house factory in Hampshire. With our state-of-the-art printer, we’re able to create large format printed graphics that meet growing demands for higher quality and speedy turnaround, as well as higher resolution and multi-layer printing. Our site hoarding panel service encompasses: briefing, concept development, site survey, design, proof, manufacture, installation and maintenance.
Building site hoarding is vital to keep both construction site workers and members of the public safe, but it’s not just a dull requirement; it’s also one of the most cost-effective advertising spaces for your development and vital to drive marketing suite visits.
It’s important to make sure your construction site hoarding communicates clearly and engages the community to create a buzz from the outset. Signposting milestones with ‘site acquired’ or ‘plots reserved’ signs, regularly updating messages using bold colour changes, as well as informative and aspirational site hoarding signage will undoubtedly get you noticed.
Our printed hoarding panels are perfect for hiding building sites, while selling the future vision. We also often incorporate built-up lettering, light boxes or halo-illuminated letters, as well as an anti-graffiti coating to keep your hoarding looking pristine.
As part of any large-scale signage project, we conduct a full survey of the location to ensure the final design fits the landscape and purpose, such as accommodating a slope or steps. We then create a virtual representation and superimpose the signage or hoarding, so you can see how it will look once installed. Our experts will work closely with you to make sure key messages are prominent at high footfall points.
Hoarding panels – what are they made of?
For our perimeter advertising hoardings, we use a material called ACM (Aluminium Composite Material), also commonly known by the brand Dibond. It’s made from two thin coil-coated aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminium core (polyethylene or foam). Printed ACM can be applied straight onto hoardings. It’s a superb material for hoarding because it flexes and is very durable, offers sound reduction and is fireproof. The overall affect is a streamlined, contemporary look and feel. Another option is vinyl wrapped ply, which comes with different effects (such as gloss or pearlescent) and can be added to hoarding, to make it more rigid and is popular for luxury building developments.
