How the VX System works

Reade Signs will take your marketing collateral artwork and use it in an electric format, having re-worked it so that it plays seamlessly on the VX system. Alternatively, we have the in-house skills and our design team can create artwork, messages and animations for you.

The information is stored on a hard drive which gives room for a massive amount of graphic images and data – thus ensuring your customers have the benefit of all the selling messages in one area.

The system runs on bespoke software written by Synchronik which is unique to VX. The system will play sound, still images, and video as well as many other media combinations. VX has a beautifully simple interface and requires some minimal training to get the most out of the system. We offer full technical support within the price of the system*

FAQ’s

Q: Why do we need a VX system when we already have a screen with a DVD player?
A: To compare VX to a DVD player misses the point. Not only will it replace the need for a separate DVD player, it will enable all usual wall mounted content to be displayed and consolidated in one central feature point, therefore freeing up cluttered walls.
VX will play content in high-definition which is important when displaying floor plans or similar. For items that have lots of text and fine detail DVD is not suitable. VX has many more features than a DVD player and can switch seamlessly between slides, video and animations with a continuous sound track running in the background.

Q: I already have a CGI flythrough of my development will this play on the VX System?
A: Yes and it will look fantastic!

Q: What happens if the system malfunctions?
A: Reade offer telephone support in the first instance. If this doesn’t get the system working an engineer will be dispatched the next working day*

Q: Can I change the content if I have sold out on a unit type, or if I have a short term promotion? Or maybe a press campaign that I would like to promote in the marketing suite?
A: Yes, we can remove unit types from the content and add promotional animations, re-order slides to give more impact to a particular product and all next working day*
